AbEviDB v1 full review
AbEviDB
Antibody Evidence Database
Welcome to AbEviDB
AbEviDB v1 is a full web database for antibody-target evidence. It brings antibody metadata, antigen normalization, parsed affinity measurements, VH/VL sequence annotation, biological context, and QC provenance into one browsable record format. This build loads the full v1 web-record set as static shards so collaborators can inspect the final data version directly.
Browse Records
Search the full v1 database.
Filter by target, source species, antibody format, assay family, measurement type, and confidence. Rows open into the record evidence view.
| Antibody | Target | Measurement | Format | Species | Assay | QC |

Targets
Target-centered evidence.
Each target groups related antibody records and keeps UniProt, organism, antigen sequence, assay, format, and species context close at hand.
Downloads
Full v1 web data is included.
This static site includes the full v1 web-record dataset as JSON shards. Larger CSV, DuckDB, and benchmark release files can be attached later through stable download links without changing the browsing interface.
Documentation
Rules that keep the data honest.
The interface follows the v1 developer guide: standardized fields are shown alongside raw values, measurement parsing is explicit, and sequence annotation metadata is never confused with antibody origin.
